The Profold Tray Sorter (TS-50) is designed for high-speed sorting and stacking of mail pieces in a standup position. The control software can interface with your existing control system and tray breaks and to alert upstream operation of jams and operating status. The Tray Sorter operates with mixed mail of various lengths, widths, and thickness including "Slim Jim" and " Digest" size. The NEW patent pending Posi-Drive Alignment System allows for quick setup and easy adjustment for sorting random sized mail, while reducing jams and damage to mail.

Profold's Mail Feeder (MF-50) is a high-speed continuous friction feeder. This unique feeder is capable of feeding any USPS automation-size mail piece by utilizing our sate-of-the-art standup feeding at speeds up to 50,000 pieces per hour.
Profold's unique feeder singulator allows most inter-mixed mail to feed without adjustments.
The Profold model AT-50 Air Transport Base features a patented innovative high-volume, low-pressure air system providing an extremely quiet and stable platform for transporting a wide variety of product.
Two wide belts with dense hole patterns provide maximum suction and ensures quality image resolution at all operating speeds. The AT-50 is an ideal base for ink jet imaging, gluing, labeling, tipping and other applications that require a stable operating surface.
The AT-50 is fully modular. The pass line height can be quickly adjusted and integrated with other equipment to build an in-line multitasking system. .
